Welcome to the modern Chalet at Andreashof in Gerlos, your perfect retreat in the Alps. Spread across 115 m² and two floors, the chalet offers space for up to five guests and features three cozy bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Relax in the spacious living area or enjoy the fresh mountain air on the balcony. Pets are warmly welcomed during the summer months, and families can take advantage of baby and toddler amenities. In the summer, an outdoor seating area is available, where you can dine comfortably while taking in the alpine surroundings.
During the summer, our guests enjoy FREE rides on the Isskogelbahn and Königsleitenbahn!

Useful Information
- The listed prices are in EURO per chalet per day
- Additional local tax applies for guests aged 15 and over
- Final cleaning fee: €150 (one-time charge)
- Security Deposit:
A rental deposit of €500 in cash is required for the chalet and will be held until departure in case of any damages, incomplete kitchen cleaning, etc.
After the final inspection of the chalet in good condition, the deposit will be refunded. - Check-In & Check-Out at the Reception of the Andreashof Guesthouse
On the day of arrival, the chalet will be ready for occupancy from 4:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 7:00 PM, please notify us in advance.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the chalet by 10:00 AM. - Dogs are allowed in the chalet (summer only) for an additional charge of €20 per day per pet.
We assume that guests have valid insurance to cover potential damages! - In winter: bookings are available from Friday to Friday
- In summer: minimum stay of 4 days
- Bread delivery service available (for an additional fee)
- Deposit: 30% of the total amount.
Deposit deadline: 14 days after booking confirmation, remaining payment due 2 weeks before arrival. - Cancellation insurance: European Travel Insurance
